William H. Savage is the Chairman of the Board and is also responsible for the company's Oncidium and Dendrobium hybridizing programs.

Nancy K. Mountford is a member of the Board and is responsible for the company's Phalaenopsis, Psychopsis and Vanda hybridizing. She is an American Orchid Society Accredited Judge and is regularly invited to judge prestigious orchid shows worldwide.

Wilson Rood, Jr. is the company's Resident Director in Santo Domingo. He is Chairman of the Executive Management Committee and is responsible for corporate development  as well as  relations with Dominican governmental agencies.

Roger B. Cole is a member of the Board of Directors and is responsible for the breeding of Cattleyas and larger-growing Oncidium intergenerics. He is an American Orchid Society Accredited Judge and a past Chairman of the National Capital Judging Center.

Rogert Espaillat is Orchidom's President and also serves as Director of Sales and is responsible for the company's wholesale operations in the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico as well as exports to the United States, the Caribbean and Latin America.

Yahaira Pequero is Vice President and Treasurer and he company's Chief Financial Officer and whose responsibilities include the the administration of corporate support activities, including human resources, purchasing and information technology.

Erol Mojica is Vice President in charge of Plant Selection and Finishing and responsible the selection and finishing of orchids sold in the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico as well as for export to the U.S. and the Caribbean.

Heidy Santana is Vice President and Secretary and Orchidom's Chief of Production, as such, she is  responsible for managing all logistics and scheduling involved in the production process.

Gina Hernandez  is Orchidom's Sales Manager with responsibility for wholesale and retail operations in the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico, as well as exports to the U.S. and the Caribbean.

Ivelisse Navarro is Orchidom's Laboratory Manager and, as such, is responsible for the delivery to the greenhouses more than 700,000 seedling orchids annually.

Luis Concepcion is Orchidom's Chief Orchid Grower. He holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo.

Irvin Torres is the General Manager of Orchidom Puerto Rico, Inc., whose base of operations is Lares, Puerto Rico.

Daniel Rivera is in charge of Orchidom's sales in Puerto Rico.
