William H. Savage is a co-founders of the Company and the Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is also responsible for the company's Oncidium and Dendrobium hybridizing programs. |
Rogert Espaillat is Orchidom's President and a member of the Board of Directors. He is responsible for the Company's day-to-day management, with responsibility for production and sales in the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico as well as for exports to the United States, the Caribbean and Latin America. |

Nancy K. Mountford is a co-founders of the Company and a member of the Board. She is responsible for the company's Phalaenopsis, Psychopsis and Vanda hybridizing. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of the American Orchid Society as well as an AOS Accredited Judge. She is regularly invited to judge prestigious orchid shows worldwide.

Elizabeth Sanlate is a Vice President and Treasurer. In addition to serving as the Company's Chief Financial Officer, she is also the Chief Administrative Officer with responsibility for all corporate support activities, including budgeting, human resources, purchasing and information technology. |

Roger B. Cole is a co-founder of the Company and a member of the Board. He is responsible for the breeding of Cattleyas and larger-growing Oncidium intergenerics. He is an American Orchid Society Accredited Judge and a past Chairman of the National Capital Judging Center. |
Erol Mojica is the Vice President in charge of Orchid Production, with responsibility for both Greenhouse and Laboratory Operations.

Ivelisse Navarro is the Manager of Laboratory Operations, overseeing the production of almost 1.0 million orchids annually. |

Luis Concepcion is Orchidom's Chief Orchid Grower. With a degree in Agricultural Engineering from Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo, most of his professional career has been devoted to orchid culture. |
